How billing works

Refunds and cancellation, summarized
Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 14 days of a charge: duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented access, and quickly reported accidental renewals are typically eligible. Used subscription time is generally not refundable unless required by law. Email support@convoroute.com to request one.
Secure payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider over an encrypted connection. Convoroute does not store full card numbers on its servers. Checkout opens on the payment provider’s secure page.
