Copyright and DMCA Policy

Convoroute respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how rights holders can report infringing content hosted on the Service.

1. Takedown notices

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@convoroute.com (subject line: “Copyright notice”) or by post to Convoroute LLC, 17957 E 103rd Ave, Num 8513, Commerce City, CO 80022, USA.

2. Required notice elements

Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL or chatbot identifier);
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our response

On receipt of a valid notice we will review it, remove or disable access to the identified material where appropriate, and notify the affected user.

4. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@convoroute.com including identification of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was erroneous, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado. Counter-notice procedures will be reviewed with legal counsel for the LLC jurisdiction before accepting payments.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
