Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Convoroute subscriptions, operated by Convoroute LLC (formation pending).

1. Subscriptions and renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Renewal dates and amounts are shown in your account and on your receipts.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing support@convoroute.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no further charges are made after that.

3. Refunds

We do not automatically refund subscription time that has already been provided, except where required by applicable consumer law. However, we review refund requests case by case when submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Typically eligible:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• A verified technical issue on our side that prevented you from accessing the Service
• An accidental renewal reported promptly after the charge, with little or no usage in the new period

Typically not eligible:

• Substantial usage of the Service after the charge
• Account suspension or termination for violating the Acceptable Use Policy
• Simply forgetting to cancel before a renewal, where the period has been substantially used

4. How to request a refund

Email support@convoroute.com from your account email with the charge date, amount, and reason. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
