AI Disclosure and Content Disclaimer

This page explains how artificial intelligence is used in Convoroute and the limits of AI-generated content.

1. Convoroute uses AI

Chatbots built on Convoroute use artificial intelligence to generate automated responses based on the business content each customer provides. Responses are produced by software, not by a human typing in real time.

2. AI output can be wrong

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate, even when the underlying training content is correct. Always review AI outputs before relying on them for any important decision.

3. Not professional advice

Convoroute and its chatbots are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. For such matters, consult a qualified professional.

4. Customer responsibilities

Businesses using Convoroute are responsible for the content they use to train and configure their chatbots, for reviewing their chatbot’s outputs, for keeping training content accurate and current, and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Monitoring and review

Chatbot conversations may be stored, monitored, or reviewed for safety, support, and product-improvement purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclosure to end users

Businesses deploying chatbots should disclose the use of AI to their own end users where required by applicable law or platform rules, and must not configure chatbots to claim to be human.
