Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Convoroute. It exists to keep the Service safe, lawful, and trustworthy. Violations may result in suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service, or configure chatbots, to:

  • Engage in or facilitate any illegal activity;
  • Commit fraud, phishing, or impersonation of any person, brand, or organization;
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • Distribute malware or any malicious code;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or promote hate or violence against individuals or groups;
  • Create, display, or distribute adult sexual content;
  • Use copyrighted or proprietary content without authorization;
  • Provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial, tax, or similar) without the required qualifications and licenses;
  • Provide medical diagnoses or serve as an emergency-response channel of any kind;
  • Make financial trading or investment promises, or promote get-rich schemes;
  • Operate or promote gambling or betting services;
  • Promote weapons, illegal drugs, or other dangerous goods;
  • Scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service or its APIs;
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or usage limits;
  • Mislead people into believing they are talking to a human where AI disclosure is required by law or by this policy.

AI transparency

If you deploy a chatbot to the public, you must not configure it to deny being an AI, and you must disclose its automated nature to end users where applicable law requires it.

Reporting violations

Report suspected violations to support@convoroute.com. We may investigate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP.
